Overview
The Town of Centerville’s Board of Zoning Appeals helps with the zoning of parcels within the town boundaries.
Property owners that have a need to use a property that is not zoned for a particular purpose may come to the Zoning Board and appeal for a variance. In this case, all adjacent property owners are notified of the date, time, location, and purpose of the meeting and are encouraged to attend. If the variance is approved, the approval does not carry over with the property if it is sold. The approval becomes void if not used within one year.
